Kevin Fay has been engaged in real estate investment and asset management for over 26 years. Prior to joining Northridge Capital, he was the Regional COO of The Galbreath Company (now Jones, Lang, LaSalle). Mr. Fay has institutional investment, asset management and credit markets experience, including tenures with State Street Bank and Travelers Realty Investment Company.

Mr. Fay is a graduate of the University of North Carolina (MBA) and has an undergraduate degree in economics from Columbia University. In addition, he is a licensed broker in the District of Columbia.
