About Brian
Managing Director, Asset Management
Brian Adams is responsible for leading the asset management of the office portfolio for Northridge Capital. With over 15 years of experience, he oversees all leasing, property and asset management responsibilities. Prior to Northridge, Brian led all asset management and acquisitions efforts for KIK Investments and its affiliate company, Resolution Capitol Management. Brian has held positions at First Potomac Realty Trust, NAI KLNB and GVA Advantis. Brian graduated from Villanova University with a B.A. in Economics and earned his Master’s in Real Estate from Georgetown University.
